    BD VAC IV Electric Vorwort Diese Betriebsanleitung muss vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme vom Bedienpersonal gelesen werden. Schäden, die durch die Nichtbeachtung der darin enthaltenen Hinweise entstehen, werden durch die Garantie nicht abgedeckt. Der Verwender des Gerätes ist gesetzlich verpflichtet, die Unfallvorschriften für das betreffende Land zu beachten.

    Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Das Gerät (BD VAC IV Electric) wird dazu verwendet, die individuellen Fußformen der Kunden formstabil wiederzugeben und eine exakte Einlagenanpassung zu ermöglichen. Jeder darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Der Hersteller haftet nicht für daraus resultierende Schäden. Das Risiko hierfür trägt allein der Benutzer.

     1 x Netzkabel USA  1 x Bedienungsanleitung 2.3 Funktion des BD VAC IV Electric Das Einsatzgebiet der VAC IV Electric besteht grundsätzlich darin, die individuellen Fußformen der Kunden formstabil wiederzugeben und eine exakte Einlagenanpassung zu ermöglichen. Die beiden Silikonkissen haben sehr guten Dehnungseigenschaften und eine ausgezeichnete Trennwirkung.

    4.2 Bedienung des BD VAC IV Electric 4.2.1 3-Wege Drehschalter: „VAC-Stellung“ Luft kann aus dem jeweiligen Kissen gesaugt werden.     BD VAC IV Electric 4.2.2 Breitenverstellung: Mit den beiden Drehknöpfen kann die Position der Kissen an die individuelle Hüftbreite des Kunden angepasst werden. Die Verstellung erfolgt symmetrisch aus der Mitte. 4.2.3 Geschwindigkeitsregler Mit diesem Drehregler kann die Geschwindigkeit der Vakuum-Erzeugung reguliert werden.

Wartung und Fehler 6.1 Auswechseln der Vakuumkissen Das Auswechseln der Vakuumkissen darf nur von autorisierten Personen durch- geführt werden!  Unterbrechen Sie die Stromzufuhr zum Gerät (stecken Sie das Gerät aus).  Heben Sie das defekte Silikon-Kissen an und entfernen Sie das Tape um zu den Schrauben zu gelangen.

    BD VAC IV Electric Intended use The field of application of the device (BD VAC IV Electric) is that of reproducing the individual foot shapes of the customers in a dimensionally stable way and thus allowing for precise fitting of the insoles. Any other use beyond this is considered improper use.

    Plug the power cable into the power socket on the rear side of the device and connect the device to a suitable mains outlet.  Your BD VAC IV Electric is now ready for operation.  Optional: Plug the foot pedal cable into the socket provided for it on the rear side of the device 4.

    BD VAC IV Electric 4.2 Operating the BD VAC IV Electric 4.2.1 3-way rotary switch: "VAC position" Air can be extracted from the pillow in question. The footprint is achieved through the vacuum and the special pellets in the silicone cushion.

    4.2.2 Width adjustment: Use the two rotary knobs to adjust the position of the cushions to the customers individual hip width. Adjustment is performed symmetrically from the center. 4.2.3 Closed loop speed control Use this rotary controller to regulate the speed of the vacuum build-up.

Maintenance and troubleshooting 6.1 Replacing the vacuum cushion Only authorized persons are allowed to replace the vacuum cushion!  Interrupt the power supply to the device (disconnect the plug).  Lift the defective silicone cushion and remove the tape to access the screws.

Maintenance et erreurs 6.1 Remplacement des coussins de vide Le remplacement des coussins de vide ne doit être effectué que par du personnel autorisé !  Coupez l'alimentation de l'appareil (en le déconnectant).  Soulevez le coussin de silicone défectueux et retirez la bande adhésive pour accéder aux vis.

Manutenzione e guasti 6.1 Sostituzione dei cuscini sottovuoto La sostituzione dei cuscini sottovuoto deve essere eseguita solo da personale autorizzato!  Interrompere l'alimentazione elettrica verso il dispositivo (scollegare il dispositivo).  Sollevare il cuscino in silicone difettoso e rimuovere il nastro per raggiungere le viti.
