    6’6”Wide /1.7m³ Model 790kgs including brackets Your Cereal Mixer Bucket is not to be used for any other purpose than for which it is intended – Primarily that is the collection, mixing and discharge of Cereal type feed and feed including minerals, nuts, and molasses.

SPOUT FITTING INSTRUCTIONS Ensure that the spout is fitted to the bucket discharge side prior to operation.

    All operators of the forklift/loader must hold the appropriate license or certificate of competence to do so. All operators must be familiar with the Cereal Mixer Bucket Operators Manual and forklift/loader operations prior to use. If safety instructions are not observed and complied with it can lead to the risk of injury to the operator and others as well as damage to the machine, property and the environment.

    IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Take extra care when attaching the Cereal Mixer Bucket to the forklift/loader to ensure that it is attached correctly via the bracketing and hydraulic fittings. (See page 7 Connection to the forklift/loader). Ensure that the forklift/loader and its hydraulic system is in full working order.
  • Page 7 NEW ONES. ALWAYS ENSURE THEY ARE ALL THOROUGHLY TIGHTENED. CONNECTION TO FORKLIFT/LOADER Stand the Cereal Mixer Bucket in an area free from obstruction to allow you to drive the forklift/loader towards the bracketing. For Quick Hitch bracketing, connect as you would with any other attachment and the type of bracketing fitted to the rear of the bucket.
  • Page 8 3. Start the flow of hydraulic oil to the motor by operating the lever inside the forklift cab. Run the mixer bucket in REVERSE to mix until you are happy with the result. It is possible to tip the bucket forwards/backwards during mixing slightly, to assist if required.
  • Page 9 CROSS LINE RELIEF VALVE Cross line relief valves are fitted to the top of each hydraulic motor on your bucket as additional protection for the motor against damage. TO SET THE CROSS LINE RELIEF VALVE The Valve is pre-set to 180 bar prior to delivery in the event that you do not make any adjustments yourself to give your motor protection against major blockages.
