Thank you for choosing a SafetyFirst Gun Safe.
Before operating your new safe, please read the user manual to ensure maximum ease
of operation.
How to open for the first time?
The safe is delivered with the door closed. Use the
emergency key to open the door for the first time.
1.
Gently turn the keypad clockwise until the
keypad will be detached.
2.
An override key hole is located behind the
keyad. Insert the emergency key and open
the lock.
3.
Operate the door handle to unlock the
boltwork and open the door.
4.
Remove the battery cover on the back of the
door and install 4x AA 1,5 V batteries. Ensure
the batteries are fitted with the correct
corresponding polarity. We recommend you
use Duracell alkaline batteries.
The safe is equipped with a user code with factory preset 159. It is strongly
recommended to change this code before using the safe.
Opening the safe
1.
Enter the user code
2.
Press
#
and the green LED will light up
3.
Turn the handle clock wise and open the door
Closing the safe
1.
Lock the door
2.
Turn the handle anti-clock-wise
3.
The safe will be locked automatically
