Attach part L onto the legs on the short side with part K.
Attach part M onto the legs on the long side with part K.
Kindly reminder: part L is the wheel with stopper.
part M is the wheel without stopper.

Attach the drawer from step
1 and part 14 onto the trolley
from step 8. Put part O onto
the screw holes (as per
below diagram).
stickers here to cover the screw
holes,same as the other side.
Step10
Finish the assembly.
