THE MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDS USING WATER BASED SOLVENT-FREE DETERGENTS, DEGREASERS AND CLEANERS. DO
NOT USE ANY OTHER KIND OF SOLVENTS OR IT MAY DAMAGE THE PUMP.
WARNING
The pump for the parts washer may be damaged if you use solvents such as Methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), Perchloroethylene or
trichlorolethylene.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
The only trouble you should ever experience with your parts washer is reduced volume flow or no flow of cleaning liquid from flexible hose.
The probable cause is foreign matter in the flexible hose.
CORRECTIVE PROCEDURE
1. Check that indicator light on switch box is lit.
2. Using an insulated handle screw driver to lightly touch the tip of the motor housing. A light oscillation magnetic pull indicates power is
reaching the motor.
3. Disconnect the power plug, remove flexible hose from pump flow-out line.
4. Remove front of pump housing by removing the 3 screws. Clear any foreign matter lodged around the impeller.
5. Re-assemble in the opposite order.
