ASSEMBLY OWER SSEMBLY The mower is pre-assembled at the factory; however, parts in the bag and box must be assembled. Use the present manual and lay out all parts for assembly. Separate bolts and nuts into various sizes. After assembly, torque all the bolts according to the "Torque Specification Table" enclosed at the end of the manual.
ASSEMBLY Locking Mower Bracket Installation (figures 3-4) 1. ASSEMBLY Roll Over Step (figures 20A-20B-20C) IMPORTANT: Adjust the wheels to the lower cutting height before climbing the mower. 1. Figure 20A: Start the tractor engine and Figure 20A slowly advance toward the mower, as much perpendicular as possible. Align the tractor front wheels with the grip welded over the top mower deck.
