ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Note: Channel Braces not needed for model#s HP2, HP248, HP2W

PLATFORM ASSEMBLY

STEP 1.
Note: Do not tighten bolts until STEP 3.
Bring both halves of the platform (1) together. Align platform angle side
holes and connect with a short carriage bolt (B) and lock nut (C).

2" Receiver Bar
TIE PLATE ASSEMBLY
STEP 2.
Place tie plate (2) in the middle top of the platform, aligning the holes
with the platform. Take the long carriage bolt (A) and put it through
center hole of tie plate. Add 2'' receiver bar tube (4). Next, place
carriage bolt (A) through center hole and secure with locking nut (C).
Note: Optional 1.25" receiver bar may also be used.

When bolting halves together, flanged
end of platform must be on outside.

PASO 3.
Coloque pernos largos de cabeza redonda (A) en cada extremo de la placa
de unión y del tubo de barra receptora. Coloque los puentes de apoyo (3)
en cada perno externo de cabeza redonda y fíjelos con tuercas (C) Luego,
instale cada extremo de los puentes de apoyo en la plataforma con cuatro
pernos cortos de cabeza redonda (B) y contratuercas (C).
Ahora, apriete todos los pernos y tuercas.
Bujes de posición (6) en el agujero central de
apoyo del puente (3) como se muestra.
