Center panel handles Before the first time you use your Health Grill Please read these operating instructions thoroughly and keep them in a safe place for future reference. - Page 6 Instructions for use • Place the grill on a solid, level, non - flammable surface away from wall cupboards, curtains, etc. 1. Before plugging in, make sure the cooking plates are securely locked together and the drip tray is in position to drain away any excess fat which is produced.
- Page 7 4. Once the cooking plates are at the correct cooking temperature the blue light will go out. 5. Using oven gloves, press the open button (3) to release the cooking plates. 6. Place the bacon over the center panel (try not to overlap the rashers for even cooking), close the cooking plates and lock securely.
- Page 8 Cleaning your bacon master • Always unplug the grill from the mains power supply before cleaning. • Allow the unit to cool before cleaning. • Do not clean any part of your bacon master in a dishwasher. • Do not submerge any part of the main body of the grill or mains cable in water or any other liquids.
- Page 9 Important information Electrical Connections This appliance is fitted with a fused three-pin plug to BS 1363. If the plug has to be removed, it should be cut off and carefully disposed of immediately. To avoid a possible shock hazard, do not insert the discarded plug into a mains socket.
