CONTROLLO DELLA POTENZA TERMICA Durante la prima installazione ed in occasione di ogni intervento di manutenzione o adattamento ad un altro tipo di gas, è necessario effettuare una misura di portata termica nominale. Questa misura si può fare usando il metodo volumetrico, con l’ausilio di un conta litri e di un cronometro. Dopo aver controllato la pressione di allacciamento e il diametro degli iniettori dei bruciatori, misurare la portata oraria del gas e confrontare il dato acquisito con quello riportato nella tabella dati tecnici alla voce “consumo di gas”. -

PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE 3.1 MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA Alla fi ne di una giornata di lavoro, è necessario pulire l’apparecchiatura sia per motivi d’igiene che per evitare guasti di funzionamento. Non pulire l’apparecchio con getti d’acqua diretti o ad alta pressione e non utilizzare pagliette di ferro, spazzole o raschietti in acciaio comune. -

KONTROLLE DER THERMISCHEN LEISTUNG Während der ersten Installation und bei jedem Wartungseingriff oder bei jeder Anpassung an eine andere Gasart muss eine Messung der thermischen Nennleistung ausgeführt werden. Diese Messung kann mit der volumetri- schen Methode und mit Hilfe eines Literzählers und eines Chronometers erfolgen. Nachdem der Anschlussdruck und der Durchmesser der Einspritzventile der Brenner kontrolliert wurden, die stündliche Gasmenge messen. -

REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG WARTUNG Am Ende eines Arbeitstages muss das Gerät aus hygienischen Gründen und um Betriebsstörungen zu vermei- den, gereinigt werden. Das Gerät nicht mit einem direkten Wasserstrahl oder mit Hochdruck reinigen. Keine Eisenputzwolle, Bürsten oder Schaber aus gewöhnlichem Stahl verwenden. REGULACIÓN DE LA CAPACIDAD TÉRMICA MÍNIMA Fig. 10 Fig. 11 Abrir la llave del gas fuera del aparato y encender la llama piloto siguiendo las instrucciones indicadas para el encendido. Quitar la llave (Fig.11 ref.1) y regular el tornillo del mínimo o de by-pass (Fig.10 ref. 1): el quemador no debe apa- garse ni debe producirse un retorno de la llama al pasar rápidamente de la posición máxima a la mínima. -

Apretar y girar el mando desde la posición “cerrado” hasta la posición “encendido /llama piloto” y al mismo tiempo apretar varias veces el botón de encendido piezoeléctrico situado en el hueco detrás de la portezuela hasta que se encienda el quemador piloto. -

LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO MANTENIMIENTO ORDINARIO Al terminar una jornada de trabajo es necesario limpiar el aparato, tanto por motivos de higiene como para evitar averías. No limpiar el aparato con chorros de agua directos o de alta presión y no usar estropajos de hierro, cepillos ni rascadores de acero común.
