DISCONNECTING
Windows systems:
•
Click the hardware removal icon .
•
Click to select the "Safely Remove USB Mass Storage Device" option
that appears .
•
When the message "Safe to Remove Hardware" displays on-screen, you can
safely remove your hard disk .
•
Unplug the scanner from your computer .
Macintosh systems:
•
Click and drag the hard disk icon to Trash .
•
Disconnect the scanner from your computer .
