SIXTEEN ROD CAPACITY LARGE ROLLING ROD RACK
Owner's Manual
Thank you for purchasing a Bass Pro Shops rod/combo storage system. Throughout these assembly instructions,
we have included helpful tips to make this assembly process easier.
Tools required:
Phillips Head Screwdriver
Rubber Mallet
Assembly Instructions:
Compare your parts to the items in the diagram and parts listing. If you notice that a part is missing, there is no need
to return the rack. Please call 1-800-BASS-PRO for a free replacement. Please be ready to provide the model number
of the rack and the number or letter of the part from the parts listing to
our customer service representative.
1. Place Part 1 face down on a at surface with the countersunk
holes facing down.
2. Place (10) wooden dowels (Part E) into the recessed holes on Part 1.
3. Place both pieces of Part 4 on the dowels (Part E) that form
an inverted v-shape [see illustration].
4. Place both pieces of Part 3 on the wooden dowels (Part E)
just above Part 4.
5. Place Part 5 on wooden dowels (Part E) just above part 3.

6. Place Part 2 on the narrow end of Part 1.
7. Place (10) wooden dowels (Part E) into the recessed holes on Part 2, 3, 4 and 5.
8. Place the other section of Part 1 on top, line up the recessed holes with the exposed dowels (Part E),
and tap Part 1 down onto the dowels.
9. Insert the brass wood screws (Part A) and tighten. Tip: Be sure they are lined up with the pre- tapped holes.
10. Support the unsecured side of the rack and ip it over. Insert the brass wood screws (Part A) and tighten.
11. Slide the casters (Part B and C) on the ared bottom section of Part 1 and line up with the holes. Attach using
the black bolts (Part F) and nuts (Part G). Tighten until secure.
12. Gently insert wooden plugs (Part D) using a rubber mallet.
