(10 Year Limited Warranty if installed in a commercial application)
Price Pfister, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for as long as the purchaser owns his/her
home. If the product is installed in a commercial application, the warran
ty shall be for a period of ten (10) years and will not cover finish. Damage
to a product caused by accident, misuse or abuse is not covered by this
warranty. We will either replace or repair the defective part, at our op
tion, free of charge.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE - (1) Notify the loca
tion or distributor from which your Price Pfister product was purchased,
or (2) simply call 1 800 PFAUCET for a customer service representa
tive who can assist you, or (3) write customer service department: Price
Pfister Inc, 13500 Paxton Street, P.O. Box 4518, Pacoima, CA
91333-4518. Please include description of problem, model number,
name, address and phone number. You may be required to return the
defective product to Price Pfister for inspection.
THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES INCIDENTAL AND CONSE
QUENTIAL DAMAGES. PRICE PFISTER, INC. IS NEITHER YOUR
INSURER NOR A GUARANTOR. IN NO EVENT, WHERE THE PROD
UCT IS NOT DIRECTLY CASUALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSON
AL INJURY, SHALL MONEY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF ONE
HUNDRED DOLLARS BE AWARDED.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may
have other rights which vary from state to state.
