    Bagian 2: Instalasi Rekomendasi & Tindakan Pencegahan Transportasi dan Penyimpanan: Selama pengangkutan, harap menangani alat dengan hati-hati dan tidak terbalik untuk mencegah kerusakan penutup dan bagian dalam. Perangkat harus dikemas dan disimpan di gudang berventilasi yang tidak ada gas korosif. Jika ada penyimpanan sementara yang diperlukan, harap memperhitungkan kondisi hujan.

    Part 2: Installation Precautions & Recommendations Transportation and Storage: During transportation, please handle the appliance carefully and no upside down to prevent the damage of the enclosure and inner parts. The packaged device should be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse of no corrosive gas. Should any temporally storage needed, please take measurement against raining.
  • Page 20 11. High temperature may cause scald. Do not touch the appliance directly with hand due to high temperature during or after the operation. 12. Do not destroy the control panel with hard or sharp objects. 13. Do not wash it with spraying water. Wash the stainless steel surface appropriately and regularly to protect against damages done by surface oxidation or chemical action.

    Warning  Any self-modification, wrong installation, adjustment or maintenance can lead to property loss or casualty. Please contact Modena customer service for any adjustment or maintenance, and have the work done by a trained & qualified personnel.  For your safety sake, please keep the machine away from any flammable or explosive liquid, gas and other object.
  • Page 22 Structural Performance Features The furnace outer surfaces are made of stainless steel, easy for cleaning and healthy. Cast iron sheet grate, sturdy and durable, strong and not liable to deformation. The firepower is adjustable according to the needs of processing and food requirements. The nozzle can be substituted to adapt to different gas type.

    Part 4: Cleaning and Maintenance Cleaning & Maintenance Clean the dirt on the panel regularly (it is advised twice a day). The burners should be cleaned at regular interval, which is suggested to carry out once a week. The out surface of the stainless steel can be cleaned with warm solution of water and soap, and rinse it clean completely.

    Aforementioned troubles are just for reference. If any failure occurs, please stop using, and inform contacting MODENA service center or the professional technicians to check and repair. Safety first! Please cut off the electric and gas source before maintenance.
