Pilot and pilot bracket.
1. Replace the natural gas pilot and pilot bracket with the LPG pilot and bracket. For instructions, please refer
to the 'Servicing and parts replacement' section of the installer guide supplied with the appliance.
Injector, aeration plate and aeration shutter.
1. Remove the natural gas burner assembly. For instructions, please refer to the 'Servicing and parts
replacement' section of the installer guide supplied with the appliance.
2. Unscrew and remove the natural gas injector. Place this away from the work area.
3. Unscrew and remove the four screws from the end of the burner. The natural gas Aeration shutter and
Aeration Plate can now be removed. Place these and the screws away from the
work area.
4. Locate the LPG Aeration plate to the end of the burner. Secure this in place by
inserting two No.8 screws in to the upper holes.
5. Locate the LPG Aeration shutter in place. Secure this in place by inserting two
No.8 screws into the lower holes (See figure1).
6. Screw the LPG injector and carrier assembly into the LPG burner.
7. Fit the LPG burner assembly.
Information label.
1. The information label is located below the burner on the right hand side of the
fire. The conversion label supplied in this kit must cover the relevant / similar
information only. Peel off the backing on the conversion label and place this on top
of the relevant area of the information label.
Important: Always ensure gas soundness, sealing, spillage test and performance are satisfactory in
accordance with installer guide supplied with the appliance and with current regulations.
