Remove the battery pack from the equipment if it will not be used for more than six
months.
To store the battery pack, disconnect it from the charger and store it in as dry and cool a
location as possible.
IMPORTANT: The self-discharge rate increases dramatically as temperature increases.
Batteries stored where temperatures are allowed to reach 100°F (38°C) will become
totally discharged within five months. If kept at 50°F (10°C) they would have lost only
8% of their charge during the same period.
Batteries can be kept for storage in temperatures as low as -4°F (-20°C).

Friction Adjustment
To adjust the friction fit between the Holding
Clamp Block and the Horizontal Support Bar,
loosen the locking nut at the rear of the Block
and use a 10 mm allen key to rotate the socket
head bolt as required. Tighten the locking nut
after the adjustment
