MAINTENANCE
When not in use, the lift should be stored within a dry room in order to prevent corrosion. It
•
should further be stored in a way that makes it inaccessible to children and any unauthorised
individuals.
Always keep the lift clean and free from oil and grease residue. Make sure to only apply
•
grease to its joints.
Regularly check the lifting and pressure pistons to ensure that they are corrosion-free. Only
•
utilise a clean piece of cloth for cleaning procedures.
Check all the parts before using the lift. Do not use the device if a part should be broken or
•
damaged. Perform the necessary repairs before utilising the device again.
If a decrease in lifting capacity should occur, open the drain valve and rapidly pump between
•
15 to 20 times in order to remove the excess air from the hydraulic system.
Make sure to have read and understood the information and instructions contained in this in -

struction manual before using the lift as incorrect handling might cause damage to the device
and its surroundings and lead to grave injuries.
