INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance can be used by
children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with
the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
Ensure that the fan is switched off from
the supply mains before removing the
guard.
If the supply cord or plug is damaged, it
must be replaced by the manufacturer
or its service agent or a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid
hazard.
Use the fan only for the purpose described in these
instructions.
To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the fan,
plug or cord in water or spray with liquids.
Unplug from the electrical outlet when not in use, when
moving the fan from one location to another, before putting
on or taking off parts and before cleaning.
Avoid contact with any moving parts.
Do not operate in the presence of explosive and/or
flammable fumes.
Do not operate fan until fully assembled with all parts
properly in place.
To avoid fire hazard, NEVER place the cord under rugs
or any parts near an open flame, cooking or other heating
appliance.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord, plug,
after the appliance malfunctions, or has been dropped/
damaged in any manner.
The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the
appliance manufacturer may cause hazards.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or
counter, or come into contact with hot surfaces.
Always use on a dry, level surface.
Do not operate without the fan grilles properly in place.
This product is intended for household use ONLY and not
for commercial or industrial applications.
Should the fan stop working, first check the fuse in the plug
(UK only) or fuse/circuit breaker at the distribution board is
operating, before contacting the manufacturer or service
agent.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Assemble Base Halves (A) around the cord (F). Refer
to Fig.2.
2.
Secure assembled base to the Fan Housing (C) with
5 securing screws (B).
3.
Secure Power Cord (F) as shown in Fig.3. using the
cable retaining clip (G) to secure the cable by using
two cable retaining screws (H).
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please see picture on inside front page (Fig.1).
Plug the cord into a suitable 220-240V. AC outlet.

To turn the fan on, switch the Mode Knob (E) to the
desired settings:

2.
To turn the fan off, switch the Mode Knob (E) to Off
(O) position.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Always unplug the fan before cleaning or assembly.
Do not allow water to drip on or into the fan motor
housing.
