- Page 2 L’Aspirotor est un extracteur mécanique, mû par la force du vent, destiné à résoudre certaines perturbations du tirage naturel d’une cheminée ou d’un conduit de ventilation. Fabriqué depuis près de 30 ans à des centaines de milliers d’exemplaires, il offre une solution éprouvée, reconnue et simple. Cette notice vous renseigne sur la pose et l’entretien de votre Aspirotor.

• L’embase de l’appareil doit couvrir le débouché de la cheminée. Si celui-ci est plus grand, poser au préalable une plaque en inox (ref « PAT »). Cet accessoire est disponible dans la gamme Poujoulat 2. CHOIX DE L’ASPIROTOR (voir page 9). -

• Procéder comme ci-avant en veillant particulièrement à la solidité du support. L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé dans les cas suivants : • Lorsque la législation nationale le mentionne. Pose sur conduit métallique isolé Poujoulat (voir fig. 4) • Pour les appareils de chauffage de type « C » (ventouse). - Page 5 Remarque : si au cours de l’entretien, on constate un encrassement anormal ou une présence de goudron (bis- tre) sur l’appareil, il y a lieu de prendre des mesures quant à la qualité de la combustion et/ou du combustible. La présence importante de goudron sur l’Aspirotor peut signifier que l’ensemble du conduit est bistré et donc présenter un danger potentiel de feu de cheminée.

- Page 9 Opmerking: indien tijdens het onderhoud een abnormale vervuiling of een aanwezigheid van teer (bister) op het toestel vastgesteld wordt, moeten er - zowel op de kwaliteit van de verbranding en/of de brandstof - maat- regelen getroffen worden. Indien er zich veel teer op de Aspirotor bevindt, kan dit er op duiden dat het volledige kanaal met aanslag besmeurd is en dus een potentieel gevaar voor schouwbrand inhoudt.

• Work as described above and make sure that the unit is correctly fixed. The Aspirotor shouldn’t be used in the following cases: • If National laws or regulations prohibit the usage Installation on a Poujoulat stainless steel chimney pipe (see pic. 4) • For boilers of type «C». - Page 13 Note: If during maintenance one sees lots of tar, please verify the combustion of your stove/boiler. Tar on the Aspirotor could mean lots of residue in the chimney which could lead to fire in the chimney. Maintenance: Changing the axis (You should always wear gloves) 1.

• Arbeiten Sie wie oben beschrieben und achten Sie gut auf die Anspannung de halters. In folgenden Fällen sollte der Aspirotor nicht benutzt werden: • Falls es die nationale Gesetzgebung verbietet. Installation auf einem Poujoulat Edelstahlschornstein (Siehe fig. 4) • Für Heizungen Typ «C» (raumluftunabhängig). - Page 17 Anmerkung: Wenn man im Laufe der Wartung eine anormale Verschmutzung oder die Anwesenheit von Teer auf dem Gerät feststellt, sollte man Maßnahmen treffen, um die Qualität der Verbrennung und/oder des Brennstoffs zu verbessern. Ein grosser Anteil von Teer auf dem Aspirotor kann auch bedeuten, dass die Innenseite des Schornsteins mit Teer verschmutzt ist und dadurch eine Russbrandgefahr besteht.
