Page 13 Before the First Use • Please note: During manufacturing the kettle undergoes testing so droplets of water may remain in the water gauge. This is normal and does not indicate a manufacturing fault or any pre-use. • Before first use it is recommended to fill the kettle with water mixed with 2 heaped teaspoonfuls of Bicarbonate of Soda to the MAX mark, bring to the boil and discard the boiled water.
Page 14 Descaling • De-scale the kettle regularly, possibly once a week, depending on the hardness of the water and the frequency of use. Scale significantly diminishes the heating performance of the kettle. • In case the appliance switches off before the water boils, decalcification should be performed.
Page 15 • Before delivery, our devices are subjected to rigorous quality control. Moreover, your appliance is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. During this period BENRUBI after sales SERVICE will repair or replace the product or any defective parts free of charge.
