• Thoroughly inspect the area where the machine is to be used, and remove all objects which can be thrown by the machine. • Before using, always visually inspect to see that the blade, blade bolt and the blade assembly are not worn or damaged. Replace worn or damaged components in sets to preserve balance.

• Use extreme caution when reversing or pulling the machine towards you. • Do not change the motor governor settings or over speed the motor. • Never operate the machine with defective guards or shields, or without safety devices. • Carefully switch the motor on according to instructions and with feet well away from the cutting mean(s).

Assembly WARNING! Always take care when removing the packaging to prevent causing damage to the machine. Remove all parts of the electric tiller from the box and carefully remove all packaging. Assembling the handles Align the upper handle frame with the middle handle. Use the nuts and bolts to fix the upper and middle handles firmly together. Align the middle handle frame with the lower handle. Use the nuts and bolts to fix the middle and lower handles firmly together. NOTE: Make sure that the control handle is on the side of the cable holder of the connectors.
