Question 1：The Wireless Table cannot work. How can I do？
Answer: Please follow steps as showing below:
1. Please pull off the USB Dongle plug from TWP-1500.
2. Re-connect the USB Dongle to TWP-1500. Power off and then turn the
Wireless tablet on again.
2.1 Check whether the Wireless Tablet 's LED is blinking or not? If the LED
unlighted, that means your Wireless Tablet is fault.
2.2 Test your wireless digital pen on Wireless Tablet working area, if it can
work as a mouse, which means the hardware is OK. If it doesn't work, please
change the battery with a new one.
2.3 After changed a new battery for the pen, if it still not working, that means
the hardware is fault.
Question 2︰Why the RED LED of Wireless Tablet LED is blinking?
Answer: It means a low battery reminder, please change the new battery in
time.
Question 3︰Wireless Tablet doesn't work after not using for about 5
minutes ?
Answer: It's because the Pen Tablet stays into the sleeping mode. You have to
wake it up by pressing the resume button. If the is not in used for too long, you
might need to restart it by switching the power button.
Question 4︰Why does Wireless Tablet still not work after turning on
the power and even pressing the Resume button ?
Answer: Please check if the LED is on and off right away when power is turned
on.If the LED is not on, then please change the battery of and digital pen. After
changing the battery and the Wireless Tablet and pen still don't work. Please
