PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. A minimum of two (2) people should be present for installation to minimize risk of injury due to the weight and size of Commander. Hamilton is not responsible for any injury caused due to improper installation. About This Manual This manual was written to provide general information and guidance for the installation of a Commander pay station.
Mechanical Installation Receiving and Unpacking Commander Commander is shipped in a cardboard box that is strapped to a pallet/skid. This box contains the pay station only - bases (if ordered) will be in separate boxes. Once all straps and/or shrink wrap has been removed from the skid, carefully lay the box on its side and cut through the packing tape on the base of the box.
Removal of additional packing materials Remove the following to ensure proper operation: • Strapping around XE validator (if optioned) • Tape around Cashflow validator (if optioned) • Tape around the coin mechanism • Tape from the coin/token box that secures the receipt paper for shipping Positioning There are no set guidelines for the placement of Commander.
