PARTS Grilling plate Thermostat unit Drip tray BEFORE FIRST USE Remove any packaging material and wipe the appliance with a slightly damp cloth. Clean the appliance and the plate thoroughly (See the section ‘Cleaning and Maintenance’). OPERATION Note: The appliance may produce some smoke when using it for the first time. This is normal. 1. touchez pas! • Pendant la cuisson, le témoin s'allume et s'éteint par intermittence, indiquant que l'appareil maintient la température au niveau souhaité. 7. De buitenoppervlakken worden warm tijdens de werking. De temperatuur van toegankelijke onderdelen kan hoog zijn terwijl het apparaat werkt. Raak warme oppervlakken niet aan. Houd het apparaat alleen bij de handvaten vast om het te verplaatsen. Zet dit apparaat niet in of vlakbij een warm gas- of elektrisch fornuis en laat het niet in contact komen met een warme oven of magnetron. -

• Verplaats het apparaat niet tijdens de werking en raak de grillplaat niet aan. • Gebruik ovenwanten voor het bereiden van voedsel op hoge temperatuur. Opspattend vet kan anders brandwonden veroorzaken. • Ontkoppel na gebruik altijd het snoer van het apparaat en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u de thermostaat uit het apparaat haalt. -

5. Het controlelampje dooft wanneer de ingestelde temperatuur is bereikt. 6. Leg het te bereiden voedsel op de grillplaat. Waarschuwing! Gevaar van brandwonden: de grillplaat wordt uiterst heet, raak deze niet aan! • Tijdens het grillproces gaat het controlelampje afwisselend branden en doven, aangevend dat het apparaat de ingestelde temperatuur aanhoudt. 7. Draai het voedsel van tijd tot tijd om met behulp van een houten of plastic spatel (niet meegeleverd). • Gebruik geen metalen, scherp of schurend keukengerei. 8. Grill het voedsel naar smaak. • De grilltijd is afhankelijk van het soort voedsel en de dikte ervan. 9. Verwijder het voedsel van de grillplaat als het gaar is. 10.
