TROUBLESHOOTING :
No audio from the P710e speakerphone
If you're not hearing any audio from your speakerphone, try these suggestions:
Bluetooth
Check to see that you're playing audio from the correct source device.
If you have multiple Bluetooth devices connected (you can have up to two), try
disconnecting the other and only playing from one device.
Move the audio source closer — it might be out of the range of your speakerphone.
Move other sources of wireless signal away — you could be experiencing interference.
Adjust the volume on both the audio source and your speakerphone.
Restart both your speakerphone and the source device.

Make sure you connect your speakerphone directly to a USB port on the computer and
not to a USB hub or extension.

BLUETOOTH — MOBILE DEVICES
1. Make sure Bluetooth is activated on your mobile device.
2. Press the power button on the right side of the speakerphone for 3-4 seconds to turn it on.
3. NOTE: You'll hear a tone, the LED indicators will light up blue in a circular pattern, and
the top LED indicator will blink blue.
4. Press and hold the Bluetooth connection button on the right side of the speakerphone for
3 seconds or until you hear the confirmation tone.
5. NOTE: The LEDs will blink blue clockwise indicating that your speakerphone is in
discovery mode.
