Damage caused by breakdowns as a result of:
The breakage during transport.
Poor storage.
Incorrect or negligent installation by unqualified personnel:
The installer must check that the product drains correctly.
Incorrect installation or connection not in accordance with the product installer's manual and applicable local
regulations regarding voltage, hydraulic and electrical connections, water pressure, temperature, etc.
The intervention or manipulation of the hydromassage systems by non-qualified technical personnel, even if this
intervention has been partial.
Force majeure due to any atmospheric or geological phenomenon; deficiency, due to excess or defect, in the electricity supply
and abnormal operation due to proximity to antennas, transformers or high voltage electricity supply towers.
Chemical agents or electrochemical reactions in combination with the material and water For example: reactions produced
by spillage of liquids or building materials onto the product, by water hardness (such as excess lime) or by excessive
environmental humidity and temperature.
Masonry, electrical or plumbing work carried out during the installation of the product.
Use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and not for the purpose of the product.
Inconsistent maintenance of the product in general, as well as damage that objectively cannot be attributed to the company.
Periodic maintenance operations on the product, such as general cleaning, readjustment of moving parts and any breakage resulting
from improper use or forced or abnormal use of the product's components, are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover the costs of work resulting from the removal of the product for repair and/or maintenance.
Tampering with, modifying or altering the data on the purchase document will void the warranty.

telephone number or e-mail address given at the bottom of the page. Any installation not in accordance with this manual will
void the warranty.
Sont exclus de la garantie les cas suivants:

Installation incorrecte ou négligente par du personnel non qualifié:
Oubli de vérification du bon écoulement de l'eau de la baignoire.
Une installation ou un raccordement incorrect non conforme à la notice d'installation du produit et aux
réglementations locales applicables en matière de tension, de raccordements hydrauliques et électriques, de
pression d'eau, de température, etc.
L'intervention ou la manipulation des systèmes d'hydromassage par du personnel technique non qualifié, même si
cette intervention a été partielle.
Force majeure due à tout phénomène atmosphérique ou géologique ; déficience, due à un excès ou à un défaut,
dans l'alimentation électrique et fonctionnement anormal dû à la proximité d'antennes, de transformateurs ou de pylônes
d'alimentation électrique à haute tension.
Agents chimiques ou réactions électrochimiques en combinaison avec la matière et l'eau, par exemple : les réactions produites
par le déversement de liquides ou de matériaux de construction sur le produit, par la dureté de l'eau (comme l'excès de
calcaire) ou par une humidité et une température environnementales excessives.
Les travaux de maçonnerie, d'électricité ou de plomberie effectués lors de l'installation du produit.
Utilisation non conforme aux instructions du fabricant et non conforme à la destination du produit.
Entretien incohérent du produit en général, ainsi que des dommages qui ne peuvent objectivement pas être attribués à
l'entreprise.
Les opérations d'entretien périodique du produit, telles que le nettoyage général, le réajustement des pièces mobiles et tout bris
résultant d'une mauvaise utilisation ou d'un usage forcé ou anormal des composants du produit, ne sont pas couvertes par la garantie.
La garantie ne couvre pas les coûts des travaux résultant de l'enlèvement du produit pour réparation et/ou entretien.
L'altération, la modification ou l'altération des données figurant sur le document d'achat annule la garantie.

d´installation annulera la garantie.
Quedan excluidos de la garantía los daños originados por averías producidos como consecuencia de:
La rotura durante el transporte.
Un almacenamiento deficiente.
Una instalación incorrecta o negligente por parte de personal no cualificado:
El instalador debe comprobar que el producto desagua correctamente.
La instalación o conexión incorrecta no conforme con el manual del instalador del producto y la normativa
local aplicable en relación a voltaje, conexiones hidráulica y eléctrica, presión de agua, temperatura, etc.
La intervención o manipulación de los sistemas de hidromasaje por parte de personal técnico no cualificado, aunque
dicha intervención haya sido parcial.
Fuerza mayor por cualquier fenómeno atmosférico o geológico; deficiencia, por exceso o defecto, en el suministro eléctrico
y el funcionamiento anómalo por proximidad a antenas, transformadores o torres de suministro eléctrico de alta tensión.
