AQUA eco•wash INTRODUCTION Dosing system for washing machines ENGLISH INTRODUCTION The eco•wash has been designed for the automatic dosage of chemical products on any type of washing machine, from the smaller models to the large tunnel machines. The eco•wash system is able to satisfy every requirement in fact, thanks to the full modularity, we can assemble up to a maximum of 10 pumps, choosing from the low flow rate (LF model, maximum flow rate of 20 L/H, adjustable from 0 to 100%) and the large flow rate (HF model, maximum flow rate of 100 L/H, adjustable from 0 to 100%). -

AQUA eco•wash INSTALLATION Dosing system for washing machines ENGLISH INSTALLATION YSTEM ASSEMBLY Lift the lids of the modules composing the system (use a screwdriver to position the screws in opening position), so all circuits are uncovered. 2. Insert the green connectors (so the writing TOP is legible) on left side of the circuits. Align two modules and press to realise electric connection between them. -

AQUA eco•wash ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS Dosing system for washing machines ENGLISH LECTRIC CONNECTIONS ATTENTION: Before carrying out maintenance on the appliance, always disconnect the power supply. Using a multimeter, always check all electric connections of the eco•wash system. An incorrect voltage would cause a damage to the machine that is not covered by warranty. -

AQUA eco•wash ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS Dosing system for washing machines ENGLISH 2.4.5 Relay output The RELAY clamp from a dry contact (not powered); it is possible to program this output in NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed). It is possible to use the RELAY clamp to obtain, for example, a voltage equal to the power supply voltage. The following figure shows a possible connection to realise such functionality. -

AQUA eco•wash PROGRAMMING Dosing system for washing machines ENGLISH The Duration time of the solenoid valve depends from the following parameters: Mode Selecting Time, the Duration time depends on the seconds set in Duration. Selecting Litres, the Duration time depends on the litres set in Duration (system provided with flow meter). The default value is Time. -

AQUA eco•wash PROGRAMMING Dosing system for washing machines ENGLISH 6 – C ALIBRATION The pumps flow rates must be set in the Calibration board; calibration, together with the chemical products data, enables displaying the g/Kg (see par 5.7.2) of dosed program and the statistics expressed in Kg of product. We recommend carrying out calibration using the product the specific pump must dose. -
