    This limited warranty does not cover or include any expenses or salaries for any field service work. Any field service work is to be covered by separate contract. When a warranted machine is used to make, or further process a product, the cost of an unsuitable product is not warranted, nor is the Company liable for the cost of the materials expended in making said product.

If there is any doubt, do not use it! 4.2 Using the Manual Read this manual before using or maintaining the equipment. Completely familiarize yourself with all components and how they are used. Please refer to the drawing of the strand jack at the end of this manual.
  • Page 8 5.2 Periodic Maintenance 5.2.1 Every 50 Hours [1.] Inspect and repair the unit as necessary. [2.] Remove the drain plug from the reservoir and drain enough hydraulic fluid to remove impurities and condensate. [3.] Refill the reservoir to the correct fluid level (use only Dexron III ATF to fill). [4.] Clean the filler-breather.

[5.] Repeat Steps 1 through 4 five times. 6.2.2 Tensioning Modes The initial and final tensioning modes of operation are described in the next two subsections. 6.2.2.1 Initial Tensioning When the mode selector valve is in the initial tensioning position, it exposes the initial tensioning relief valve to system pressure.
