The station has power and when I put my phone on, it is charging, but it will not connect to the Bluetooth on my phone. It automatically goes to the error message that the phone is too far away or the power isn’t on. It just all of a sudden started doing this. I restarted my phone and I restarted the station. Nothing worked.

The Azpen DockAll D108 may not connect to Bluetooth on your phone despite charging due to several possible issues:
1. Bluetooth Auto-Disconnect: The device may disconnect from Bluetooth if not used for a short time. 2. Unstable Connection: It can occasionally disconnect even while in use. 3. Pairing Issues: Users have reported difficulty in pairing and maintaining a Bluetooth connection. 4. Reconnection Needed: If the connection is lost, you need to press and hold the Play/Pause button to reconnect. 5. Device-Specific Issues: Some phones may not pair properly or may experience volume and playback issues.
Try manually reconnecting and ensure no other device is interfering.

The blue tool does not come up on any devices that I’ve tried connecting to it. When first powered on, it says “Bluetooth mode” then does nothing. Is there a way to factory reset?

Bluetooth: To use the Bluetoothe feature, the rst step is to pair your device to the DockAll. The Micro SD card takes priority over bluetooth so make sure the card is disengaged or unlocked prior to pairing. By default, the DockAll is in Bluetooth mode when rst powered on.
