USING THE APPLIANCE

1. Before first using, ensure that all packing materials are removed.
Take out the freeze bowl ⑤ . Clean it thoroughly and dry surface moisture.
Store it in a freezer below -18℃ for at least 12 hours. (Shake the freeze
bowl to check whether there is liquid moving inside interlayer. If cannot hear
any liquid move, it indicates liquid fully frozen. Otherwise, please prolong
the freezing time)
2. Prepare proper amount (proposed 400-500ml) of ice cream mixture as per
recipe and store in a fridge for 2～4 hours.
