I've just started using the 1502, and would like to be clear about the subwoofer output and the low cut switch.
Does the low cut switch affect the subwoofer output at all?
If I'm using the subwoofer output, shouldn't I cut the lower frequencies on the L and R channels, otherwise low frequencies will be fed to both the subwoofer and the L and R woofers?

No, the low cut switch on the Behringer ULTRAGRAPH PRO FBQ1502 does not affect the subwoofer output. The low cut filter is a high-pass filter that removes unwanted low frequencies from the main signal path, but it does not interfere with the dedicated mono subwoofer output.
