▇ Use description

Fix photoelectric switch, make the sensing distance fit
to the requirements. According to the wrapping paper
you use, make sure the light source of the switch, and
determine light-on or dark-on according to your
machine's needs. Finally, adjust the sensitivity.
Example: The output is light-on, the wrapping paper is
tint, the background is dark
(1) Move the wrapping paper, make the cast point
falls within the background area outside the mark,
turn the sensitivity back to the end, then slowly turn it
clockwise until the indicator light is on, remember the
potentiometer's position, like Figure 1's point A. (If the
"high" position lights are still off, the "high" position is
point A.)
(2) Move the wrapping paper, when the indicator light,
counterclockwise slowly rotating the knob until the
light just off, remember the rotation position at this time,
as shown in Figure 2 of the B point.
(3) When finish the above two steps, then set the
potentiometer knob to C, which is in the middle of A
and B points, as shown in Figure 3, adjustment is
completed. A, B two points larger, indicating that the
color is relatively large, more stable detection. But A, B
two points should have at least one lattice distance,
otherwise the test will be unstable.

1. Before the power must check whether the power supply is DC10-30V ± 10%, the maximum can not
exceed 40V, otherwise it may damage the photoelectric switch.
2. In order to ensure high stability testing, to ensure that two points: First, the detection distance in line
with the rated distance of the model, such as the distance of 12mm, mush install the switch as 12mm
distance, so it has ± 2mm anti-vibration area. Second, strictly adjust the sensitivity according to the
operation steps. And each change for different wrapping paper should be re-adjusted once.
3. The installation should prevent direct light into the optical lens or take appropriate shading
measures.
4. The working environment of the temperature, humidity, vibration, shock and other corrosive gases,
may affect the work of photoelectric switch, please pay attention to try to exclude these effects.
5. Usually pay attention to the protection of optical lens cleaning, installation as far as possible to avoid
vertical lens up, reduce dust.
