  • Page 5 The operation panel Set a Wake-up Timer. Delete an FM program or a Wake-up Timer. Store FM programs or system settings, such as a Wake-up Timer. Press twice to store sound volume*. Extend and retract the built-in aerial. Allow enough space above the system for the aerial to extend.

    Change the display mode at any time. Three settings are available. The system remembers your settings. – Press and hold RADIO to switch between displaying the program number and the radio frequency. – Press and hold A MEM to switch between displaying source/folder and folder/track while playing memory card tracks.

    Daily use Use the radio When you switch on the radio, the aerial automatically extends and the system plays the last radio station you listened to. Switch on the radio… > Press RADIO to switch on the radio. The aerial extends, the last station you have listened to is played and the program number or frequency appears in the display.
  • Page 8 Do not attempt to load other card types than SD or MMC in the music system! >> Daily use Play tracks from a memory card Your music system can play music tracks in mp3 and wma format in the fi rst level of folders on a memory card. Tracks in the root level or in sub- folders will not be played.

  • Page 11 Make a Stop Timer You can set – in increments of 15 minutes – how long the radio is to play before switching to standby. You can still switch to memory card playback or switch the system to standby before the Stop Timer is carried out.

Charge the battery To charge the system, connect it to the mains as shown. The standby indicator in the display blinks slowly during charging.
