Your Eclipse Pro ensures that problematic odours are destroyed and not masked, which ultimately is all that scented air fresheners will do. An added benefit of the Eclipse Pro is that it does not use harmful chemicals and the ozone produced will freshen those difficult to reach areas within a facility.

The Eclipse Pro is for indoor use only and the instructions of use and warnings are supplied within the instruction manual/ on the machine itself.
If any of the above items are missing, then please contact your supplier immediately. We recommend that you store your Eclipse Pro in the box that it comes in when not in use to preserve the life of the machine and to prevent accidental damage.

2. DO NOT expose your Eclipse Pro to rain or moisture. Should any water or other liquid come into contact with the machine, unplug it immediately and have it checked/serviced by qualified personnel prior to further use.

8. Ensure that your Eclipse Pro is unplugged from the power source when not in use and store the machine in a dry, clean & lockable environment to prevent damage/mis-use.

Any maintenance operations should only be undertaken when the machine is disconnected fully from the power source. PLEASE NOTE There are no parts inside your Eclipse Pro that are serviceable by the user. Removing parts, unless qualified to do so, will void the warranty of your machine.

How to change the cycle If you need to change the time cycle of the Eclipse Pro simply press the button for the correct time. Please note: if you have already left the room and started the machine, we recommend that you do not return until the initial cycle is finished.

HOW TO LOOK AFTER YOUR ECLIPSE PRO MAINTENANCE & SERVICING To maintain the warranty and expected life-time of your Eclipse Pro, we recommend a preventative maintenance inspection annually. This will also ensure trouble free operation of the machine. We offer a ‘back to base’ service option whereby you simply courier the machine back to our premises and we will service and clean the unit before sending back to you.
