This course has been structured to offer the installer and technician a level of technical expertise to
correctly setup and diagnose the IDR 1508, 2016 and 3016 Digital Video Recorder.
In the course we will look at the way in which Windows 98 interacts with the IDR's hardware and the
software.
It should be noted that the student should have a good understanding of Windows 98 and be able to add and
remove hardware and know how to configure Windows drivers.
While Pacific Communications has taken all care in producing this document, we will not be held

    Digital surveillance systems are quickly replacing traditional analog CCTV systems. To meet the need of the market, IDIS together with Pacific Communications have developed the IDR series - IDR 1508, IDR 2016 and IDR 3016. Each model has different features for performance (display and recording) and expansion capacity.
