The HEROfill Obturator must only be used by dentists. ® Read and follow the instructions carefully! General precautions •...
  • Page 3 The HEROfill Obturator plastic carrier is slightly tapered. This ensures adequate back flow of the ® heated Gutta Percha. The length of the carrier is 24 mm. The coronal part has length indication for each mm (18-23 mm). The coronal 6 mm of the carrier is hollow to accommodate the metal insertion pin. A rubber endo stop is provided to indicate the working distance measurement.
  • Page 4 STEP 5: Confirmation X-ray Confirm your root canal treatment by taking X-rays. STEP 6: Removal of excess central carrier and Gutta Percha When the Gutta Percha has hardened (after 2-3 min.) remove the handle in one of two ways (A5). 1.

    The oven is driven by an external power supply. The HEROfill Oven must only be serviced ® and repaired by MICRO-MEGA or an approved dealer ® otherwise the warranty will be void. Warning Do not touch the inside of the heat chamber before the oven is completely cooled.

Das bedeutet, dass sie bei einer Erhitzung auf über 100 °C weich und stark haftend wird. Bei Abkühlung wird sie wieder hart und fest. Eine weitere Erhitzung macht die Guttapercha erneut weich und stark haftend. 3.

Sich vor dem ™ Einbringen der Füllpaste vergewissern, dass der Wurzelkanal komplett trocken ist. Eine sehr dünne Schicht der Füllpaste auf die Kanalwände auftragen.
