QUADBOSS UTV STRAIGHT PUSH TUBE
This owner's manual covers all aspects of your new
push tube including assembly, replacement parts,
installation, warranty, and troubleshooting. For any
additional questions or concerns please call

Assembly -

Note: You will need to have the blade assembled before attempting to attach the push tube.
The Quadboss straight push tube comes completely pre-assembled for your convenience. See the instructions below to attach the push tube to

the blade. NOTE: The hardware for attaching the push tube comes with the blade!
The push tube will slide into the center of the brackets on the back of the blade. Bolt the push tube to the blade by first sliding the spacer (#9360-112)

through the blade and push tube. Secure with the 1/2" x 3-1/2" hex bolt (#HDW9210), 1/2" flat washers (#HDW9025), and 1/2" nylock nut
(#HDW7089). See figure 1. It may be easier to position the blade face down on the ground and install the push tube vertically into the blade.
Attach each strut from the blade to the welded tabs on the push tube. Secure with a 3/8" x 2" shoulder bolt (#HDW9208) from the top and a 5/16"

nylock nut (#HDW7058) on the bottom. Place the plow system face down on the blade with the push tube up in the air. Move the push tube back
and forth to ensure there is no binding in the slide mechanism. Place the plow back on the ground in the normal position and install the pivot pin
(#HDW9207). You can now install the assembled plow system onto the UTV.
