We guarantee each new engine sold by us to be free from defects in material and workmanship
for a period of one year, dating from delivery to the original user. The obligation under this
Warranty, statutory or otherwise, is limited to the replacement or repair at our Milwaukee,
Wisconsin factory, or at a point designated by us, of such part as shall appear to us, upon in-
spection at such point, to have been defective in material and workmanship.
This Warranty does not obligate us to bear the cost of labor or transportation charges in con-
nection with the replacement or repair of defective parts, nor shall it apply to an engine upon
which repairs or alterations have been made unless authorized by us.
We make no Warranty in respect to trade accessories, such being subject to the Warranties of
their respective manufacturers.
We shall in no event be liable for consequential damages or contingent liabilities arising out
of the failure of any engine or parts to operate properly.
No express, implied or statutory Warranty other than herein set forth is made or authorized to
be made by us.
