    SET UP 1 LAY OUT THE TENT Spread out the Event Tent in the area intended for set up. Try to make sure that the Tube ends are positioned approximately where you want them once the tent is inflated. This way you can avoid having to reposition or handle the tent again.
  • Page 11 2 PREPARE THE VALVES The valve consists of the socket ring, (1) which is attached to the bladder, and a screw-on housing (2) with attached protective cap (3). The housing must be tightened securely to the socket ring before inflation (4). The backstroke valve inside the hou- sing prevents air from escaping.

    ANCHORING ANCHORING WITH TUBE BALLASTS (WATER OR SAND) Each Tube Ballast Set includes four ballasts. The bal- lasts can be filled with water or sand/gravel and then connected to the inside or the outside of the tent Tubes by using the two clips on each ballast.     ANCHORING WITH WATER BALLAST BARRELS The Water Ballast Barrels can be used as anchors for your inflatable X GLOO Event Tent, as seating, or as both.     SECURING THE WALLS WITH WALL BALLASTS (WATER OR SAND) Each Wall Ballast can be filled with water or sand/gra- vel and then connected to the Wall using the attached toggles (c).     OPTIONAL COMPONENTS WALLS The walls are available in four variations: as Standard Walls (completely closed), Window Walls, Entrance Walls, and Double-Sided Standard Walls. The zippers attach on the right and left of the Tent Roof and meet together at the top. PLEASE NOTE: Walls can be installed with the side of your choice facing outward.
  • Page 19 Opening and securing the Entrance Wall The Entrance Wall is zipped on as described on page 18. To hold the Entrance Wall open, open the zipper in the middle of the Wall and gather each side together. On each side of the Entrance Wall you will find a toggle on a length of cord.

    TUNNEL PART The Tunnel Part makes it possible to connect two infla- table X GLOO Event Tents to one another. Tunnel Parts are available for connecting Event Tents of different sizes, and for connecting Event Tents of the same size. The Tunnel Part is zipped on between the Tents in place of a Side Wall (a).

    LED LIGHTING KIT Hanging the LED Lighting Kit in your inflatable X GLOO Event Tent It is easiest to install the LED Lighting Kit during the setup of your Event Tent, just after inflating three of the four Tubes. Take the long end of webbing con- nected to the LED light and loop it above the tube intersection (a).

    TAKEDOWN Make sure that all of the tent stakes are removed and all anchoring lines are released before deflating the Tubes on your Event Tent. Remove all optional components (e.g. Walls, Canopy, etc) which are attached to the Event Tent. Next, open the overpressure valve on each Tube (a).

    CLEANING Dirt and stains should be removed without the use of soap or water whenever possible. We recommend using a soft, dry brush or microfiber cloth. If the stain cannot be brushed away, then use a small amount of conven- tional soap mixed with lots of water.

    REPAIR XG SERIES (XG 4-8) The Event Tent can be easily disassembled into indivi- dual parts (Roof and Tubes) for repair or replacement. Re-attaching the new or repaired part is just as easy. REMOVING THE ROOF Under the Roof at each Tube end you will find two velcro straps fixing the tent Roof to the Tube.

    BLADDER REPLACEMENT Lay out the Event Tent neatly so that the damaged Tube is on top and the service zipper is fa- cing upwards. Open the two velcro straps at the top of the Tube (a). Open the service zipper at the top of the Tube (b).
  • Page 27 12 Now, starting from the bladder sack at the opposite end, thread the Tube completely onto your arm. Grasp the end of the repla- cement bladder through the up- per bladder sack (k).     REPAIR XC 3 The XC 3-model Event Tent can be easily disassembled into individual parts (Roof and Tubes) for repair or re- placement. Re-attaching the new or repaired part is just as easy. REMOVING THE ROOF Unhook the plastic toggle from the loop at the end of each Tube (a).

    BLADDER REPLACEMENT Lay out the Event Tent neatly so that the damaged Tube is on top and the service zipper is ea- sily accessible. Open the velcro straps at the top of the Tube that connect it to the neighboring Tubes (a). Open the service zipper at the top of the Tube (b).

CAUTION: When pulling the replacement bladder into the Tube, please make sure that it does not become twisted. It can help to have a second person to help guide the replacement bladder for this purpose.
