Zweckbestimmung
Bei diesem Medizinprodukt handelt es sich um eine Bandage mit Rücken­
pelotte und Zugelementen zur Stabilisierung der Lendenwirbelsäule (LWS).
Indikationen
DE: Behandlung von stärkeren Schmerzzuständen im LWS­Bereich, schwere
Lumbalgie, rezidivierende Lumbalgie, Osteochondrose, Spondylarthrose,
leichte Lumboischialgie, leichtes radikuläres Syndrom, Spondylolysen
ohne Wirbelgleiten, leichte bis mittelgradige lumbale Deformität
(degeneratives Wirbelgleiten), nach Bandscheiben­OP
AT: Schmerzsyndrome im lumbosakralen Übergang, (z.B. Lumbalgie,
Lumboischialgie)
Kontraindikationen
Lymphabflussstörungen einschließlich unklare Weichteilschwellungen,
Empfindungs­ und Durchblutungsstörungen der versorgten Körperregion,
Erkrankungen der Haut im versorgten Körperabschnitt, Latexallergie.
Anwendungsrisiken / Wichtige Hinweise
Dieses Medizinprodukt ist ein verordnungsfähiges Produkt. Sprechen Sie
Anwendung und Dauer mit Ihrem verordnenden Arzt ab. Die Auswahl der
geeigneten Größe und eine Einweisung erfolgt durch das Fachpersonal, von
dem Sie das Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.
– Medizinprodukt vor radiologischen Untersuchungen ablegen
– bei Taubheitsgefühl Medizinprodukt lockern oder ggf. abnehmen
– bei anhaltenden Beschwerden den Arzt oder Fachhandel aufsuchen
– Medizinprodukt indikationsgerecht einsetzen
– gleichzeitige Nutzung anderer Produkte nur nach Rücksprache mit Ihrem Arzt
– keine Änderungen am Produkt vornehmen
– nicht auf offenen Wunden tragen
– nicht verwenden bei Unverträglichkeiten gegen eines der verwendeten
Materialien
– kein Wiedereinsatz – dieses Hilfsmittel ist zur Versorgung eines Patienten
bestimmt
– während der Tragedauer der Bandage: keine lokale Anwendung von Cremes
oder Salben im Bereich des angelegten Hilfsmittels – kann Material zerstören
Anziehanleitung
Öffnen Sie die Bandage, legen Sie die Bandage um die Taille und kletten Sie,
unter zu Hilfenahme der Handschlaufen, die beiden Verschlussseiten unter
leichtem Zug gleichmäßig übereinander. Beachten Sie, dass die Bandage
mittig platziert ist und stellen Sie sicher, dass der untere Bandagenrand im
Leistenbereich (Rumpfbeuge) abschließt. Die Bandage soll eng anliegen,
jedoch nicht einengen. Die Pelotte ist in die Bandage eingeklettet und kann
frei positioniert werden. Beachten Sie, dass die breite Seite der Pelotte
kopfwärts zeigt. Mit den elastischen Zusatzgurten, die ebenfalls bauchseitig
mittels Klett zu verschließen sind, wird der Anpressdruck der Pelotte reguliert.

Intended purpose
This medical device is a brace with a back pad and tension elements for
stabilising the lumbar spine.
Indications
Treatment of increased pain in the lumbar spine, severe low back pain,
recurrent low back pain, osteochondrosis, spondylarthrosis, mild
lumboischialgia, mild radicular syndrome, spondylolysis without
spondylolisthesis, mild to moderate lumbar deformity (degenerative
spondylolisthesis), after inter­vertebral disc surgery.
Contraindications
Impaired lymphatic drainage including unclear soft tissue swelling, impaired
sensation and circulation in the specific body region, skin diseases in the
specific part of the body, latex allergy.
Application risks/Important notes
This medical device is a prescribable product. Discuss the use and duration
with your treating physician. The expert staff from whom you have received
the medical device will select the appropriate size and instruct you regarding
its use.

– whilst wearing the support, please neither use any creams nor ointments on
or around it as they can destroy the material
Fitting instructions
Open the support, place the support around the waist and attach both closing
sides using Velcro evenly one above the other with a slight pull of the hand
straps. Ensure that the support is placed centrally and the lower edge of the
support ends in the inguinal region (forward bend). The support should sit
tightly, but not constrain. The pad is attached to the brace using Velcro and
can be positioned freely. Ensure that the wide side of the pad points towards
the head. The elastic additional straps, which are also closed on the stomach
side using Velcro, are used to regulate the contact pressure of the pad.

Utilisation prévue
Ce dispositif médical est une orthèse avec pelote dorsale et éléments de
traction destinée à stabiliser la colonne vertébrale lombaire (CVL).
Indications
Traitement de douleurs fortes en région lombaire, lombalgie sévère, lombalgie
récidivante, ostéochondrose, spondylarthrose, lombosciatalgies légères,
syndrome radiculaire léger, spondylolyses sans glissement vertébral,
difformité lombaire légère à moyenne (glissement dégénératif de la vertèbre),
après chirurgie discale.
Contre-indications
Troubles de la circulation lymphatique y compris tuméfaction des tissus mous
d'origine inconnue, troubles de sensation et de la circulation sanguine des
régions corporelles traitées, maladies cutanées sur les zones traitées, allergie
au latex.

und legen Sie die Bandage ab.

Reinigungshinweise
Schonwaschgang Nicht chemisch reinigen
Nicht im Wäschetrockner trocknen
Keinen Weichspüler verwenden. In Form ziehen und an der Luft trocknen.
Klettverschluss schließen, um die Beschädigung anderer Wäschestücke zu
vermeiden.

Für das erworbene Produkt gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des
Landes, in dem Sie das Produkt bezogen haben. Bitte wenden Sie sich
an Ihren Fachhandel, sollten Sie einen Gewährleistungsfall vermuten.
Bitte das Produkt vor Einreichung eines Gewährleistungsfalles reinigen.
Wurden beiliegende Hinweise der Gebrauchsanweisung nicht ausreichend
beachtet, so kann die Gewährleistung beeinträchtigt werden bzw. entfallen.

Anwendung, Nichtbeachtung der Anwendungsrisiken, ­hinweise sowie

bei sach­ und anwendungsgemäßem Umgang bestimmt.

schwerwiegenden Verschlechterung des Gesundheitszustandes, dann
melden Sie dies Ihrem Fachhändler oder uns als Hersteller sowie dem BfArM

To remove the brace, open the restraints and the front closure and remove
the brace.
Material composition

The sewn in textile label provides the precise material composition.
The product contains latex and can trigger allergic reactions.
Cleaning information
Delicate wash Do not clean chemically
Do not dry in a tumble dryer
Do not use fabric conditioner. Stretch back into shape and dry in the fresh air.
Close the Velcro fastening to avoid damage to other laundry items.
Guarantee
The legal regulations of the country in which you acquired the product apply
to the purchased product. Please contact your specialist retailer if you suspect
a warranty claim. Please clean the product before submitting a warranty
claim. If the enclosed instructions for use have not been properly observed,
the warranty may be impaired or cancelled. The warranty does not cover use
of the product inappropriate for the indication, non­observance of application

Useful life/Lifetime of the product
The lifetime of the medical device is determined by its natural wear and tear if
treated appropriately and as recommended.

If a serious worsening of the state of health occurs when using the medical
device, you are obliged to notify the specialist dealer or us as the manufacturer
and the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

– ne pas porter sur des plaies ouvertes
– ne pas utiliser en cas d'intolérance à l'un des matériaux utilisés
– ne pas réutiliser. Ce dispositif est conçu pour le soin d'un seul patient.
– pendant le port du bandage : ne pas utiliser de crème ou de pommade
dans la zone d'utilisation du produit, risque de dommage du matériau
Instruction d'application
Ouvrez et posez le bandage autour de la taille, puis attachez­le avec l'aide
des dragonnes manuelles. Superposez de façon équilibrée les deux parties de
fermeture en tirant légèrement. Veillez à ce que le bandage soit bien centré
et assurez­vous que le bord inférieur du bandage s'arrête au niveau de l'aine
(pliure des hanches). Le bandage doit être bien ajusté, mais ne doit pas
serrer. La pelote est fixée dans l'orthèse par Velcro et peut être positionnée
librement. Veillez à ce que le côté large de la pelote soit orienté vers le haut.
Les sangles supplémentaires élastiques ferment également la partie du ventre
avec le Velcro et permettent de régler le niveau de pression de la pelote.
