3. Press [ ] or [ ] to view other pages in the
e-mail.
4. Select an attached file to view or play it.
Using e-mail options
While viewing an e-mail or header, press
<Options> to access the following options:
•
Retrieve: retrieve the body of the e-mail from
the e-mail server.
•
Voice call: make a voice call to the selected
number.
•
Video call: make a video call to the selected
number, if the 3G service is available.
•
Go to URL: connect to the URL in the message.
•
Create message: send an SMS or MMS
message to the selected number or an MMS or
e-mail to the selected e-mail address.
•
Add to: add the highlighted web link to Contacts
or the Bookmark list.
•
Add to Contacts: save the sender's e-mail
address to Contacts. If a phone number, e-mail
address, or URL address within the message is
selected, you can also save it to Contacts.
•
Reply: send a reply to the sender.
•
Reply to all: reply to the sender and all of other
recipients.
•
Forward: forward the e-mail to other people.

Delete: delete the selected e-mail from the
phone's memory or from both the phone's
memory and the e-mail server.
•
View/Play: view or play an attached file.
•
Activate key: get a new licence key when the
key for the selected DRM file expires.
•
Reactivate key: get another licence key even
when the key for the selected DRM file has not
expired.
•
Register to Contacts: register the selected
name card to a Contact entry.
•
Register to Calendar: register the selected
calendar item to Calendar.
•
Register to Bookmark: register the selected
bookmark item to the Bookmark list.
•
Register to Memo: register the selected memo
to Memo.
•
Save items: save media content from the e-
mail to the phone's memory.
•
Block by: add the sender's e-mail address or
the e-mail subject to the blocking list.
•
Print via Bluetooth: print the e-mail via a
Bluetooth-compatible printer. Some printers may
not be compatible with the phone.
•
