Instructions 1. Lay Frames A & B upside down on a flat surface. 2. Align screws in B to line up with holes in A, then use Nylon Lock Nuts...

(G) to secure frames by screwing and tightening. 3. Flip assembled base right-side-up. Attach steering axle (C) into Handle Frame (B). Twist axle until it is secure.

4. Line up Handle (D) to holes in steering axle (C). Slide clevis pin (L) through axle and handle. cotter pin (K) to secure by sliding into the hole in the clevis pin. 5. Attach rear tires (F) to Wheel frame (A), make sure the air gauge is facing out.

7. Take leveling screw (E) and screw in wing nut (H), then ½” washer (I).

8. Screw leveling screw (E) into each hole next to the rear tires and one next to hand on the handle frame. 9. Screw Jam Nut (M), then large fender washer (J) then another Jam nut (M). 10. Complete by attaching rubber foot to each bottom of each leveling screw.
