OPTI-FRY OPERATION
1.
Be
fore first use, the wire racks and drip tray must be cleaned. Wash with hot
Be water and mild detergent, rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly.

We recommend the unit complete a 15 minute cycle without any food present
to disburse any initial burn off smells. Follow the guide below for this process.
i)
Ensure unit is unplugged from wall power outlet.
ii)
Insert drip tray and racks back into the Air Fryer after cleaning process.
iv)
Plug the power cord into the wall power outlet and turn on.
v)
Press the power button to power the appliance on.
vi) Using the temperature and timer functions, set the unit to 200°C and time
to 15 minutes. Press the power button to begin operation. The unit will
automatically turn off once cycle is completed. Allow to cool. Your Air Fryer
is now ready for use.

Open the Air Fryer door and remove wire racks. Set wire racks down and place
ingredients evenly onto each rack. Ensure there is enough spacing between the
ingredients to allow sufficient airflow.

Place racks loaded with ingredients back into the Air Fryer and close the door.
Note, the top rack will cook foods faster as it is in closest proximity to the
heating element. Be sure to rotate wire racks as necessary to ensure even
cooking.

Select preset menu funtions on the touch control panel to select the appropriate
cooking temperatures and times for your ingredients. (see page 5)
Alternatively, set temperature and times manually using the temperature and
time buttons on the touch control panel. (see page 7 for cooking temperatures
and times)

Once menu function or manual time and temperature functions have been
selected, press the power button to being operation. The unit will automatically
turn off once cycle is completed.

The cycle may need to be interrupted during cycle for turning of ingredients.
(see page 7) To interrupt the cycle, open the oven door and the unit will stop
automatically. Remove racks and turn ingredients as necessary. Reinsert racks,
close the Air Fryer door and the unit will resume operation.
Use caution when opening the Air Fryer door as hot steam may escape.
***Note: Reminder, the top rack will cook foods faster as it is in closest
proximity to the heating element. Be sure to rotate wire racks as necessary
to ensure even cooking***
