Required for installation 4mm Allen Key T15 Torx Key T25 Torx Key Installation Instructions Make sure you have all of the proper components found in the contents section above before starting the installation process for the Dual Battery bracket. Made in China... - Page 3 Only a certified Bosch Mechanic should perform this installation. Step 1: Remove the Battery Step 2: Install the Bosch Rear Battery Port A. Use the 2 M5 bolts with a T25 drive to secure B. Weave the Frame Cable through the holder frame the Holder Frame to the Battery Bracket.
- Page 4 Step 3: Install the Bosch Battery Lock A. Carefully place Abus lock into the B. Using the 2 M5 x 20 mm bolts with 4mm drive, Bottom Lock Cover. The Lock should click bolt the Abus Lock with the Bottom Lock Cover into place.
- Page 5 Step 4: Pull out the Bosch Cable stored in the monotube A. Pull the unused part of the Y- Cable out of the monotube. C. Pull the watertight cap off of the B. Once you have pulled out the end of the Y-Cable end of the Y-Cable.
- Page 6 Step 6: Apply the “Do Not Charge” Decal onto the Charging Port A. Peel back protective cap on the Rear battery Port revealing the charging port. Apply “Do Not Charge” decal onto the charging port. Decal should seal off the charging port. Step 7: Install Both Batteries onto Spicy Curry V3 Step 8: Recycle/Repurpose extra hardware (If applicable) Step 9: Update the Software on the Bosch Motor...
