  • Page 3 OPERATING GUIDELINES(cont) PB-13.0 CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS 1- Plug the suitable home adaptor into a power outlet. 2- Connect the USB-C to the USB-C Input/Onput Port. VEHICLE JUMP STARTING INSTRUCTIONS 1- Connect the blue plug into the Jump Start Port and make sure that the cable indicator is turned off.
