COVERAGE Malco Products, Inc. guarantees to the original owner of the Xtrax Machine that the Xtrax will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year and that the polyethylene machine housing of the Xtrax will be free of cracks or leaks for a period of three years, subject to the terms and conditions that follow. - Page 3 If an immediate replacement part is requested before Malco can inspect the suspected faulty part or have a chance to repair it, Malco will ship the requested part on a COD basis (part plus freight) or, if credit has been established prior to the request, the part will be shipped on an Open Account basis (part plus freight).
