Before securing the stem to the marble base, gently pull the
cord through the base of the marble to take up the slack.
Once the cable has been repositioned to a safe length within
the base, slot the stem into the metal cuff. Do not pull the cable
directly from the side of the marble base as this may damage
the cord and the cotton covering.

Once the stem is in the
metal cuff, insert the 3 grub
screws and tighten with
the provided allen key.

Unscrew the socket cover and place glass shade over the socket.
Then tighten clockwise with socket cover to secure glass shade.
