With Rear Window Stored
• Stand outside vehicle and, with
one hand against crossbar, support
the Midgate ("1" above).
• With other hand, turn Midgate
handle ("2" above) clockwise to
release it. Gently lower Midgate
forward until lying flat on folded
rear seat.
Caution: With the rear window stored and
the crossbar being lowered with the
Midgate, the Midgate will be noticeably
heavier. Use extra care.

Raise the Midgate
Raise Midgate with a firm swinging
motion to engage latches and secure
Midgate in its normal position. If rear
window has been stored, it can be
returned to its normal position by
following "Reinstall the rear window"
instructions.

Your vehicle is equipped with a
three-piece cargo cover system. Any
number of the three panels can be
installed to provide the exact
configuration of space and security
to meet your cargo-loading
requirements. See your Owner
Manual for more information.
Note: This convenience guide provides
only brief cargo cover operation
instructions. See your Owner Manual for
more detailed instructions.

Remove cargo cover panels
Unlatch panels and slide them out of
the cargo box rails. Panel #1 has four
latches; panel #2 and panel #3 have
two each. The reinstallation pro-
cedure is a reversal of the removal
procedure.
Store cargo cover panels
The cargo cover panels can be stored
on either side of the cargo bed using
the storage bag provided. To avoid
damage, store panels as shown
below. The bag's anchor hooks must
be attached to tie-down locations in
cargo bed.
