BEFORE FIRST USE ■ Open the lid A1 as described in chapter OPENING THE LID OF A COLD PRESSURE COOKER. Take out the inner pot A14 and, together with accessories A26 to A28, thoroughly wash it in warm water using neutral kitchen detergent. Then rinse all these parts with clean water and dry them thoroughly with a fine wiping cloth. -

LID GASKET ■ Gently pull the gasket A9 around the entire perimeter to remove it from the holder A13. Carefully wash the gasket in warm water with a small amount of kitchen detergent. Rinse with clean water and wipe thoroughly until dry. In reverse sequence, carefully insert the gasket back behind the holder. -
