The Bolt End Caps should be attached when all Bolts and nuts are finally tightened.
Step One
Attach the Front Legs (A) and Rear Legs (B) to each end of the assembled Cross Bar.
Secure them with Bolts (U), Washers (W), Nuts (V) and Bolt End Caps (Z3) and Nut Caps (Z).
Connect the Right Top Crossbar (C) and Left Top Crossbar (D) with Bolts (Q), Washers (W),
Nuts (V), Nut Caps (Z) and Bolt End Caps (Z3).
Tighten only enough to hold the parts in place. Do not tighten completely at this time.
Some latter adjustments may be necessary to ensure the parts are aligned properly.
