La alimentación eléctrica de la máquina es suministrada a través del enchufe que se proporciona para la conexión a 220 voltios 50 Hz. AC. Al recibir la máquina, controlar que el embalaje esté sano y que no haya sufrido daños durante el transporte ni haya sido abierto voluntaria- mente para sustraer alguna parte de su interior. Verificar que el suministro corresponda a las especificaciones del pedido.
  • Page 18 TRASLADO MONTAJE DOSIDOG DESMONTAJE Procurar no efectuar nunca giros, mantener la carga pegada el cuerpo durante todo el levantamiento. Colocar la máquina aún embalada lo más cerca posible del lugar de instalación. Quitar cuidadosamente el material de embalaje de la máquina y de todas las partes incluidas.

    INSTALACIÓN DOSIDOG REGLAJE 7.- INSTALACIÓN. PUESTA EN MARCHA 7.1. Posicionamiento El suelo donde se instale la máquina deberá encontrarse nivelado horizontalmente, ser estable y uniforme. Se debe tener en cuenta que el perro acceda cómodamente al plato. Verifique la correcta colocación del plato y rampas interiores. Fijar la tolva a la pared por los taladros previstos en la parte posterior de la misma.

    DOSIDOG UTILIZACIÓN 8.- PUESTO DE TRABAJO Las operaciones de programación del comedero DOSIDOG se realizarán actuando sobre el panel de mando situado en el frontal del mismo. No debe actuar directamente sobre la máquina ni sobre ningún órgano móvil de la misma. En caso de observar algún atasco, desconectar la máquina de la red eléctrica, vaciar el comedero y reprogramar.

    DOSIDOG MANTENIMIENTO 10.- MANTENIMIENTO LA TOTALIDAD DE LAS OPERACIONES AQUÍ DESCRITAS DEBEN REALIZARSE CON LA MÁQUINA DESCONECTADA DE LA RED ELÉCTRICA. Únicamente para las operaciones de limpieza, mantenimiento y reparación pueden ser quitados de sus posiciones originales los resguardos que cubren las partes móviles de la máquina, siempre con la misma desco- nectada de la red eléctrica.

    RESOLUCIÓN DE DOSIDOG PROBLEMAS 11.- RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS  Pienso atascado  Se han realizado ensayos exhaustivos con los tipos de pienso más des- favorables por tamaño y humedad para evitar atascos. En caso de que el pienso se quede atascado, se recomienda cambiar de ubicación el come- dero a un lugar más seco o cambiar el pienso por otro de grano más pe- queño.

    RIESGOS RESIDUALES DOSIDOG 12.- INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL. RIESGOS RESIDUALES. Se ha limitado al máximo las partes móviles como engranajes y cadenas para evitar riesgos mecánicos. Se han dispuesto resguardos fijos en las par- tes donde existen riesgos mecánicos como las cadenas de transmisión del movimiento, dichos resguardos nunca deben ser quitados de su lugar origi- nal, excepto para las operaciones de mantenimiento.

It is available both individually and with the feeder and has been designed for automating and dosing your pet's feeding. With this system you will be able to program up to 20 daily meals with a duration ranging from 5 seconds to 90 minutes.

The machine is powered through the plug with a 220 volt, 50 Hz AC connection. Controls in the control panel allow programming the feeder according to the description that can be found in the programmer manual.

    Using the machine with another aim or product is prohibited. It is recommended to install the unit in a covered, non-floodable area. COPELE, S.L.U.     TRANSPORT ASSEMBLY DOSIDOG DISASSEMBLY 6.- TRANSPORT. ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY. Upon receipt of the unit, check that the packaging is in good conditions and has not been damaged during transport or intentionally opened to steal any part of the product. Check that the supplied material matches the specifications of the ordered unit.

Check that all of the components listed in the contract are accounted for. Cautiously check for damages and waste of any kind that could have accidentally entered control devices or operation areas.

    INSTALLATION DOSIDOG ADJUSTMENT 7.- INSTALLATION. COMISSIONING 7.1. Arrangement The surface over which the machine is going to be installed must be horizontally levelled, uniform and stable. The dog has to be able to reach the bowl with ease. Check that the bowl and the interior ramps are correctly placed.

    DOSIDOG 8.- WORKSTATION Programming operations will be carried out using the control panel that can be found on the front part of the DOSIDOG feeder. No direct action has to be taken in the machine or any mobile part of it. If there is a blockage, disconnect the unit from the power supply, empty the feeder and reprogram the machine.

  • Page 55 DOSIDOG 9.2.2 The hour digit will start flashing. Press the “Increase” or “Decrease” buttons to set the feed hour (if you hold them, the process will be faster). 9.2.3 Once the hour is set, press the “Timer” button to confirm it and the minute digit will start flashing.

    DOSIDOG MAINTENANCE 10.- MAINTENANCE TO CARRY OUT ALL THE OPERATIONS THAT ARE DESCRIBED HERE, THE MACHINE WILL BE DISCONNECTED FROM THE ELECTRICAL SUPPLY. Guards that cover the moving parts of the unit can only be removed for cleaning, maintenance and repair operations, and to do so the machine will be disconnected from the electrical supply.

    DOSIDOG TROUBLESHOOTING 11.- TROUBLESHOOTING  Stuck feed  To avoid blocking, in-depth trials have been carried out with the most disadvantageous feed according to its size and humidity levels. If the feed gets stuck, we recommend relocating the feeder to a drier place or replacing the feed with another one with a lower grain size.

    DOSIDOG RESIDUAL RISKS 12.- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. RESIDUAL RISKS. Moving parts, such as gears and chains, have been limited to avoid mechanical hazards. Fixed guards have been placed around pieces where mechanical risks can be found, such as sprocket chains; those guards should never be removed from its original location, except for maintenance operations.
